Clients reviews about Total Asbestos Removal Brisbane

We contracted a demolishing company recommended by a building firm to remove asbestos and demolish a house and they did the most awful thing ever. Job not done after 30days with 40% deposit paid. And they abandon the job and left. I called Somah from Total Asbestos since I got a quote from him earlier but never use his company. He helped out big time. House was gone in just two days and he organise all paper works from demo permit to organising plumber to cut sewer line and we re just waiting for Form 1 from the council. He always call to make sure am happy with his boys work and came over on site to show me around before moving out his equipments. I will use him again and already mentioned him to a friend. Most importantly Reasonable priced. Thanks Somah. You act like brother ~ Okocha I

Somah was incredibly responsive and patient, walking us through every step. Nick was meticulous ensuring everything operated smoothly and on schedule. All documentation and completion certificates were handed over quickly and gave us complete peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with the service Nick and the Total Demolition team provided for the asbestos removal and demolition of our house in Virginia. Nick was great to deal with and was very flexible to accommodate us making the whole process completely stress free. We were particularly impressed the team was onsite and removing the asbestos immediately after the power was abolished. The pricing was very competitive and everything was completed within the promised timeframe. We would have no hesitation recommending Nick and his team to anyone looking for a professional and dependable demolition company. Thanks guys! ~ Jeff K

As a builder, I've been using Total Asbestos for the last 5 years for every asbestos removal job I've had, big or small. I cannot speak highly enough of both Somah for his prompt and professional approach to every job, and also his highly skilled and meticulous crew. In all instances these guys leave behind a site that is immaculately clean and free of all debris, and nothing is ever a problem for them while they are there. Total Asbestos will always be my go-to, and I would recommend to anyone looking for an asbestos removal contractor, don't even bother looking at anyone else. These guys are as legit as it gets. ~ Keiron K

We were given the number of Total Asbestos by a market place buyer who was purchasing something from us. By fluke this fellow worked for TA. A truely nice guy and honest. We rang for a free quote and Nick met us at the site. He was helpful and told us of time frames and he understood everything we needed to happen and the quote was good. So we went ahead. The demolition crew knew what they were doing but suddenly out the blue they hit a problem. Nothing to do with them it was our property that we bought from an old family back in the 90's. It was already an old property then and was privately built before rules and regulations came into play. Anyway underneath the concrete slabs which were feet thick, were bits of asbestos. So this stopped the work. Husband and I gave thought and recalculated our finances and gave the okay to TA to complete the task. At the end of the day I recommend Total Asbestos, for being honest, careful, great communication and fair price. Janis of Birkdale Qld ~ Janis C

Following a request Somah quickly made himself available to quote both asbestos removal and partial demolition works. The quote was detailed, well set out and following further discussion was finalised and the changes updated. It was the best value quote of 3 we obtained. The work started on time and was completed, subject to weather, pretty much on time. The team were very tidy, cooperative and answered any questions they could. They left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend Somah and Total Asbestos for any residential job. Neil H ~ Neil H

We cannot speak highly enough of both Somah for his prompt and professional approach and services. Total Asbestos was quick, easy, and professional. Somah came out and quoted the job on the spot, gave me advice on the removal process. Their quote is very comparative but not compromise the outcome. As home owner, we just misunderstood and miscommunication about "sewer capping-off form-1" requirement from the builder. However, Somah did not hesitate to help us to sort it out. Highly recommend them to anyone. Once again, thanks for your services. ~ Nick L

It seems that all the horror stories about trades are highly exaggerated after my experience with Somah and his crew, and I wish all of them would be like him. He came in for a quote, explained he could start the work with about 3 days notice. Quote itself was competitive, and when we told him to go ahead they actually came in when we wanted, and were finished earlier than expected. He came recommended by someone, and I would in return have no hesitation to recommend him to others. ~ Joost v

After an initial communication breakdown, The owner came onsite to Quote. I was amazed with the level of care and service I received. It was only a small job, (20m of super 6 ) a date and time was set, the workmen arrived on time and the job was done. Full care was taken by the companies workers to ensure little to no interruption to my property. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again. ~ Grant F

Called Somah for a quote, he came to the site on the same day and inspect the house and send the quote quickly and was the cheapest quote I got . I done all my services like demolition permits, electrical disconnection and sewer capping with them. They did a fantastic job for my house demolition and asbestos removal. They had a good quality control of their work. Very happy with their service. Thank you guys. ~ sunoj t

We engaged Total Asbestos for a job in October 2018. The team were professional, friendly, showed up on time and completed the task at hand much quicker than what we thought they would. They were also very respectful of the property so much so that the owners (our clients) even commented on this. Would definitely recommend Total Asbestos Removal and will use again in the future. This was the 4th business I rang, needing to have the asbestos removed from our house quickly. Sophia in the office was very efficient; helping me to work out how much asbestos there was to be removed and lodging the certificate to get the removal started.
